Williams was first raised by her father, a Brooklyn firefighter. Later, she was raised by her mother (who resided within Tribeca Manhattan) after the split of her parents at she was a young girl. She graduated from high school Chelsea in Chelsea and Nazareth College Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran manicurist who has never been satisfied with regular nail polish. Her natural, healthy style and determination to create nails that have vivid colors has stood out. Angel lives at New York and enjoys the attention to details that she puts into her work.
